Whisper
Local · FreeEvery voice, every letter, read aloud.
What it does
Whisper records voice and keeps it. Three common ways to use it:
- Record your own voice — tell a story about your childhood, your parents, a house you grew up in, a moment you want remembered
- Interview a family member — sit down with a grandparent, a parent, an aunt, and capture what they say while they can still say it
- Read a letter or note aloud — take an old handwritten letter, a journal entry, a postcard, and create a "whisper" of it by reading it yourself
Every recording lives on your device, linked to the people and events it belongs to. Later, Campfire can search across transcripts; Echo can play them back anytime.
